In a collision of sticks,
strings, and noisy things the Necessary Experience grew its wings.
With a bag of tricks and a funky mix the band of 3
could play like six.
How could it be that 6 is 3, when you hear them play
then you will see.
It starts with a roar a count to four, drumming
drums that shake the floor.
Then comes the bass to add a taste which lingers well
beyond your face.
The keys march in and dance about a crowd of people
begin to shout.
"Hooray for you! Hooray for me! We only see 2!
Where is the 3?"

The singers sing and sing aloud,
they sing alone they sing with the crowd.
Of all that is gone and all that's to be the
singers sing so victoriously.
Their voices carry all that they can they carry
the equipment they carry the van.
The doors fly open the walls fall down the crowd
erupts in a beautiful sound.
With a wink of an eye and a tip in their hat the
band of 3 vanishes like that.
If this story doesn't sounds mysterious,
then its true you've been
experienced!

Out from the dark comes the shining
star spinning round with his guitar.
With style and grace and a
smiling face
his beaming light transforms the place.
Waves of sound splash through
his strings
mixing drinks and breaking things.
In the clatter to your surprise
the drummer's head begins to rise.
With twirling arms and double
feet
booms and bangs enhance the beat.
The crowd is growing almost
too tall,
we must keep balance we must not fall.
It starts to thunder it starts to rain
and from the stage arrives a train.
Breathing in and bellowing out
the harmonica stands and starts to shout!
"Hooray for you! Hooray
for me!
This band of 6 is only 3!"
